Once there is, eliminate all the orcs except for him. When it's just you and the Berserker, build up your Combo. Then when you have your special, grab with R Bumper, throw him into the fire
Hold the stealth mode button and attack (default LShift + LMB) and you'll kill the downed enemy. RT and X if you have a controller. But this grounded kill takes time so make sure you've put distance between you and other baddies or be prepared to block mid animation (without scoring the kill most of the time).
By default, the keyboard commands are I to tell all nearby branded Uruks to attack other Uruks, and K to instantly kill all nearby branded Uruks and/or beasts. However, if you aim your bow at a branded Uruk, you can press Q to command him to attack other Uruks, or press E to kill him. These functions allow you to concentrate commanding/killing
The stealth mode in this game works a bit differently. Holding R2/RT will make Talion enter stealth mode. Enter the stealth mode and approach any target. Once the target turns red, press Square/X
Triangle (PS4/PS3) and Y (Xbox One/Xbox 360) are invaluable Combat is inevitable in Middle-earth, no matter how stealthy a player you are.
