PSM405 Discussion starter. 15 posts · Joined 2019. #1 · Sep 11, 2021. There are about 4000 miles on my 2019 690 smc r. I was just out for a ride and almost like I got a false neutral and the bike won't go back into gear. No loud noise just a simple neutral and that was it. Clutch lever has pressure and the shifter moves freely.

My 2017 690 Enduro R "buzzes" full time when the cycle is turned on (but not running), and the sound comes from around the fuel pump area. The buzzing is continuous when the cycle is not running, and I can not hear it with the cycle running (so, I don't know if it's still "buzzing" or not). Thanks.
Unfortunately both sources are German speaking, but in the second link you can find lots of dyno-curves speaking for themselves. My younger brother equipped his SMC 690 with a "Kastl" 1,5 years ago.
